The incredible state of India Madhya Pradesh is well known for its heritage and culture. The real magic of the state lies in its famous tourist places like Khajuraho & Bandhavgarh. Bandhavgarh is famous for exceptional wildlife viewing whereas the Khajuraho is world famous for group of Hindu and Jain Temples. Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho tour is very much popular among the tourists as this trip is said to be an extension of the adventurous tour of National Park to exquisite erotic sculptures of Khajuraho temples. The distance between both the destinations is only 237 Kms and it takes 5-6 hours by road to reach from one to another. Bandhavgarh is nestled amongst Satpura hills it is one of the most scenic national parks in the country, with a perfect mix of rocky terrain, waterlogged grasslands and densely forested valleys. When you will visit the Khajuraho temple, you will find that this temple of India is a great gift to entire world so tourists from all rounds the globe plan to visit this Artistic temple. Originally there were 85 temples at Khajuraho but now only there are 22 temples left.
Upon arrival at Jabalpur railway station/ airport you will be met our representative who will assist you to board the taxi and leave for Bandhavgarh National Park (180 kms/ 04 hrs of journey). Before you depart for Bandhavgarh you are advised to manage your cash & any shopping requirement at Jabalpur City only as you will not get any standard market place after Jabalpur. The route from Jabalpur to Bandhavgarh passes through the beautiful small villages gives you real picture of India. After reaching Bandhavgarh National Park check into pre-booked resort. Get relaxed and enjoy refreshment. In evening you can whisper with the nature with Nature walk. Overnight in a wildlife lodge.
Start your day early with an appetizing breakfast at hotel. We will attend both the safari drives morning as well as in evening. Please do not forget to carry your original identity card before you proceed for the Jungle Safari. We take you on a tour to look for wildlife and possibly, The White Tigers. Bandhavgarh is considered as the best park for wildlife viewing, bird watching and tiger's sightings. Apart from these Bandhavgarh is a home to leopard, jungle cat, Indian Fox, Indian wild dog, Sloth Bear etc. you can go for elephant ride as well. Safari in Bandhavgarh is incomplete without the tour to Bandhavgarh Fort. Evening safari is dedicated to Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. Later come back to the wildlife resort and overnight stay in the resort.
After having morning tea we head towards the jungle to attend morning safari drive and later we fly to the next destination Khajuraho north-west to Bandhavgarh. After you reach Khajuraho check into your pre-booked hotel, freshen up yourself and take refreshment. In evening you can go for sightseeing of western group of temples. Start your day with morning tea only and get ready for the last safari in Bandhavgarh forest. Leaving behind the magic of Bandhavgarh National Park we move to Kanha Kisli via road (255 Kms /5:30 hrs journey) / Mikki side (300 Kms/6:30 hrs journey). Kanha National park is situated in south-west of Bandhavgarh National Park in eastern sector of Satpura range. Arrive at your pre decided resort check into and enjoy dinner, overnight stay.
